      As there is no skills assessment our certificate does not have an expiry date. We would suggest reviewing the material every year.

    Hi John when I register it didn’t grab my full name so I had to create a user name, when I view my certificate it didn’t display my name instead it has user name on it.

      If you update your name in your site profile (add first name and last name), it will update on your first aid certificate if you download them again. Hope this helps!

    Fantastic course to refresh the memories as i used to be a First Aid Trainer also AED Trainer but now my certificates are invalid been sometime since i last taught first aid and needed a brush up so this is a fantastic site to do it especially if an employer needs someone who does hold a certificate this is temp for till i gain my training certificates again. thanks.

    Hello Dear John, Wonderful Helpful Site. I am a mother who cant do courses outside, as no help for my little one, No Creche provided even though Courses been offered free. Was feeling miserable what to do ? . Then I searched online free courses then I came across your site. Even though done this first aid course and CPR when I Was working at GP.But we need to do refresh after every 3 yrs. Thanks a lot.
