      Hello,

In order to download your certificate you need to make sure you have marked all the units as ‘completed’. They should all appear with a green tick next to them on the course homepage.

You can find out more on our help pages: https://www.firstaidforfree.com/help-faq/

Once you’ve marked all the units as completed you will be emailed a link to download your certificate. Please note this email may take a couple of minutes to arrive. If you do not receive an email then please check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ box.

      Yours sincerely,
      John & the firstaidforfree.com team

Thank you soooooo much! I have limited money and I have a job interview on Monday which the job requires me having first aid and cpr. I have already done the first aid course and printed out my certificate, now I am about to complete my cpr. Thank you! These online courses are a blessing and I thankyou so much for making them available to us. I learnt heaps and I really enjoyed being able to watch the video clips because it brings the wording to life. Thanks again, from Rebecca from Brisbane Australia

I was in a similar situation. I needed to update all of my 1st Aid certificates on my resume. Limited time and the money would have definitely hurt my pockets to go through everything at one time! This was a Godsend and I quickly passed it on to all of my friends and family as well.
