We strongly recommend you have completed our basic online first aid course before starting this course

Here are the modules for our online Automated External Defibrillator (AED) course. This course provides an overview of defibrillation and the usage of an AED. Please remember to mark all the modules as completed, you will receive a certificate upon completion of this course.

    I have completed the AED cource but unable to down load certificate,need help, or must I complete all ie(CPR<BLS etc.? Floyd

      Hello,

      In order to download your certificate you need to make sure you have marked all the units as ‘completed’. They should all appear with a green tick next to them on the course homepage.

      Once you’ve marked all the units as completed you will be emailed a link to download your certificate. Please note this email may take a couple of minutes to arrive. If you do not receive an email then please check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ box.

    This was interesting but now I downloaded my certificate but it can’t open I use android smartphone

      Hi there,

      Our certificate comes in PDF format so should open on most modern smartphones. I suggest you try opening your certificate using a computer. If you continue to experience problems then please get in touch!
