How do I access your courses?
You will need to have registered an account and logged in to access our free online first aid courses. Once logged in you can click on the unit titles and work through the contents of our online first aid course. You don’t have to work through the modules in order however it may be helpful, especially if you are new to first aid.
How do I download my first aid certificate?
You have to complete all the units of a course before you can download your certificate.
Once you’ve marked a unit as completed, it will appear with a green tick next to it on the course homepage
Once you’ve completed all the units you will be emailed a link to download your certificate. In addition, when viewing the course there should be a button allowing you to download your first aid certificate. The first aid certificates are provided in PDF format. If you have any problems with this then please let us know.
I can’t download my first aid certificate
Please check that you have marked all the units as ‘completed’. When you view the course homepage the units should all have a green circle next to them. If a unit is not marked as completed then you will not be able to download your first aid certificate.
If you haven’t received an email with a link to download your certificate then please make sure to check your spam folder.
Downloads may not work on mobile devices, if you encounter an error then try again using a computer or laptop.
Is your first aid certificate accredited?
Our first aid certificate is not accredited or recognised by any external agency or training provider. Please read our medical disclaimer.
Can I use this certificate for a job application?
Probably not. Most employers will want a first aid certificate issues by an accredited training provider. Each country / area will have different rules about this so make sure you check your local procedures.
Why is there no expiry date?
As we don’t conduct a formal skills assessment there is no expiry date.
I can’t submit the quizzes
This error sometimes occurs on mobile devices. If you experience this error then please try again using a desktop or laptop computer. Apologies for any inconvenience.
I can’t open my first aid certificate
You will need a PDF viewer such as Adobe Reader to open your first aid certificate. You may not be able to open your first aid certificate on a mobile device, try using a laptop or computer to download.
Why isn’t my name on my first aid certificate?
You will need to make sure you’ve filled out the first name and last name sections of your profile in order for your name to appear on the first aid certificate. If you don’t fill out these fields then your first aid certificate will display your username instead of your full name.

How do I comment on a blog post?
You will need to have registered an account and be logged in with us in order to post a comment on one of our blog posts. Registering an account is free and will only take 30 seconds.
I’ve got a first aid question, can you answer it for me?
Of course! Simply use our new first aid questions area to submit your first aid question. A member of our team will then review your question and post an answer ASAP.
